First part of the challenge!
Everyone will stand in a big Total Drama tile board, and will pick a random tile. Order of turns will be randomized, and at my sign, each of you will go to an adjacent tile and flip the tile you were previously in. Now no one can step on that tile anymore. Your goal is to lock people and make so they don't have anywhere to go.
The winner gets a TORCH and a MAP for his team. Second place gets a LANTERN for his team.
Both of these items will be fairly useful on the second (and final) part of the challenge, that's worth immunity, so I'd suggest winning these ones.

You're in front of a board like this one. Pick a tile to stand on. The game will begin once at least one person from each team is standing in a tile, though others can join up until someone leaves the game

When someone from Team Africa arrives, the challenge begins. If they don't arrive in enough time, though, let's say 20 minutes, their team is disqualified and won't be able to get the rewards from this challenge

((The challenge is pretty segmented, so it's not as important as the previous ones to keep everyone in here. If you have to exit midway, I'll just roll a RNG to where you'd go next, or choose the most likely option))

Alright, the order is set, and you can now move one square in either of the eight directions. This time, you WON'T have to flip the square you were just on, but from the second turn onwards, you will.
Anyone can join while everyone's still in the game.
