Ace has no time to hear what Kelsey has to say, because his emu charges ahead once again. Ace puts the emu to a halt, goes all the way to the finish line, and destroys every rock in the way. He then comes back to the emu and hops on it. The emu runs and trips on a branch, sending Ace flying face first onto the ground. "Come on, feathers for brains, I know you like being in the lead, but can you STOP throwing me forward).

Ace's emu gracefully hops from where he is to the finish line. Ace sighs, relieved "Oh, glad you didn't rush this time around, and hey, we won, that's great". The emu then smirks "Oh, no, you're mad I called you Feather for Brains, aren't you?" The emu throws Ace backwards (on the -3 tile) and Ace activates a trap. A catapult flings Ace all the way back to the starting line, where he hits a rock face-first, and lands backwards on the ground
"Ow... my face has been through so much..." He turns to Paola "Is my face fine?" Though his face is partially swollen and he has tons of bruises. His glasses are also broken.

Paola trows the Emu in the ground and falls on the ground after it.
She notices Ace, and says "Do you think that I look good?" her eyes slowly closes.

Paola's Emu notices that Paola is sleeping, and just pick her and runs away, letting Ace alone.

Ace does not notice Paola is gone because he's currently half-blind "Oh, okay, Paola, giving me the cold shoulder, that's nice" He says, sarcastically, and leaves for some more bomb-erangs

"Wow. And I thought we weren't gonna make it," he said to himself, amazed. "Hey, you're not half bad." He soon realized he was on that trip-to-death animal and he got off quickly. "Yeah, I'll give you that 'treat' later, uh, friend," he said nervously.
