"Alright, let's do this" He raises himself and begins climbing the statue "Maybe there'll be something here" He reaches the face of the statue swiftly, and notices a ruby on one of its eyes "Good, good. Something to loot" He pockets the Ruby "Uh-oh, should I have swapped it with something?" He stops for a while "Nope, apparently not"
Climbing to the top, he notices how the rope that hangs the statue is embedded in the ceiling "Hm... seems like there is a small trapdoor here... This is another way in, though how can this be a way out?"
"I mean, the statue doesn't fit through the trapdoor, so it was put in here through another way, and once it was hanged onto the ceiling, there was no way someone could open the trapdoor, it'd be pretty heavy, even for a bulky person"
"Still... why another way in? I'll need to keep this in mind next time I come here"
He then looks around "Oh, that loose brick, yes. I should probably examine it..." He glances at the trapdoor once more "Though getting up here and then just getting out seems like a waste"
"Yeah, curiosity is getting the best of me, darn it. Again, fallen angel, may you fall once more" He cleans the dust out of the trapdoor and holds tightly in the handle. He grabs a knife out of his bag and begins to cut the rope down "Poo Poo, this thing won't budge... guess we need to get the bigger guns" He gets a chainsaw from his backpack "I'm really lucky no one messes with my stuff. Or maybe they do, and are scared of doing anything, thinking I'm a psycho"
Turning on the chainsaw, he saws through the rope, and the fallen angel falls once more, cracking into several pieces. The trapdoor opens, and reveals something unexpected, fresh air, and the sound of spinning blades
"What the hell?" He looks up and notices a helicopter is carrying the room he was just in "He climbs to the top of the now flying room, and looks over the edge, seeing the ocean below him. "No, you've got to be kidding me."
"This is a kidnapping, isn't it? Yeah, it is" He rolls his eyes
"Poo Poo, I don't even know where I am anymore, how am I going to get back to the ship?"
The voice booms again
"Oh, so you WERE fooled by my plan"
"I should have guessed. The fallen idol. Only someone without knowledge would mistake the Fallen Angel with the Fallen Idol. Rookie. Who are you?!"
"I won't reveal myself, Ace, but do know, you're messing with my plans"
"Tell me something new"
"You joined Total Drama in order to pursuit the truth about the 9 of Diamonds. Truth is, there's no truth, it's been erased, your pointless quest can end now"
"Pointless, on the contraire, my friend. This quest has been proven as fruitful as can be. I've learned a bunch of things about your people"
"Ace, I know you're bluffing, you're trying to get me to spill some information so you can know who I am! I know how you dirty little rat can find stuff quickly"
The mysterious voice pauses
"That's why you have to die"
"Do your best, I'm a tough nut to crack. But really, you're not even gonna face me head-to-head? Coward"
"Oh, but I know when I can't win a fight directly. I think you know this already, but we're really, really high. Were I to drop this room, you'd be dead because of the change in pressure. Remember, nothing can beat gravity"
"Bad day to have forgotten my parachute"
"Can you give me a reason not to do that?
"What about, if I fall, you fall too?"
"What?"
"I got my tools" He quickly throws a rope at the helicopter above it, and lassos one of its 'legs' with precision. "No matter if this rope isn't sturdy. As you said, nothing beats gravity"
"Fool, do you really think I'm the one up there?"
"I know, you're not the one up there. It's just one of your disposable workers. If he dies, you don't care"
"Exactly, and it seems you have failed to give me a reason"
"And who said I was giving the reason to you. Spare parachutes, please." A parachute falls in his hands "You should treat your employees more politely, you know? Come on, drop this thing anytime"
"What-what are you doing? You at the helicopter, you may die for that, you know?! You are fired!"
"Now, for my fall, au revoir!" He jumps out of the floating box in the sky, and opens his parachute. The box is dropped after, and the helicopter captain goes to a place where his boss can't fire him or something like that. After a while, Ace looks up "Good man, you saved my life, though it seems it was at the expense of yours..."
The helicopter blows up in the distance. Ashes fall through the sky.
"Even though he would've been erased after the mission either way, as I know how this things work, I... I think I just killed him... it's partly my fault... at least." He sulks and begins to shed some tears "I'll... I'll find the truth, guy at the helicopter. I'll take down the bastard that killed you.... Poo Poo... I don't think he could've jumped either... And it seems the intercom is also blown up. Can't hear more of that douchey guy, which partly, is a shame. Maybe I could have tracked down the frequency"
"I first have to think of getting to solid ground without dying. Then I need to go to their next stop. I have too much important stuff on that ship, and too much business left to attend"
A man, a box, and debris fall from the sky in the middle of the Pacific, far away from the Total Drama Cruise, on the coast of Mexico.
The man, without his glasses, stops holding his pose, and faces the fact he won't be able to see well for a while.
The man, holding a small ruby on his hands, knows that they found him, whoever they are, and knows they'll strike again.
The man, sulking, thinks of how can he find the truth, and still not put the life of anyone not involved in danger.
A man, a box, and debris fall from the sky in the middle of the Pacific. Tears follow them on their descent.
